How long does my order take to ship?

BOnce we have received and processed your order. We will package and sent your order to the address provided via Royal Mail. Shipping fees are always subject to box size and weight according to Royal Mail prices. Shipping costs for International orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Please note that this time can be slightly longer during busy periods. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. After dispatch your package is expected to arrive in 2-5 working days UK based. Delivery delays can occasionally occur,

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately we have stopped shipping International to EU and Northern Ireland due to the new rules that have come in place on 13 December 2024.

We hope this will change soon so we can sent our amazing products to EU and Northern Ireland

What is your return policy? 

If you want to cancel an order without incurring a cost for returning unwanted items to us, you will need to do it before your order is dispatched.

You have a legal right to cancel a contract in 14 days. Which starts from the date we confirm your order has been dispatched. You can no longer return your order once you have opened the product packaging or used the product.

If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products (in good condition and unopened) to us in a securely wrapped parcel. We will process the refund due to you within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned products. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

Please note The Unseen Moon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly or us to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

All of our products are handmade and hand-poured so products might have slight imperfections and colour variations.
